Steve McKirdy brings more than 30 years experience in new home construction, site development, planning and commercial construction. Since arriving in Charlotte from Ontario in 2005, Steve has built over 130 all brick homes, completed numerous renovations and additions, commercial up-fits and restoration in Union County, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and Lancaster County, South Carolina.

His relationships with key industry players and municipalities in the surrounding areas allows him to identify the optimal professional for each unique project making him stand at the forefront of the fastest growing counties in North and South Carolina.
